Red meat can still be added in the diet, as long as saturated fat consumption is maintained at seven or below. In addition, physical activity is increased when under this type of diet.

Use a steamer when cooking. There are people who bought a steamer but not using it. Avoid cooking meat. Grill it instead. Mayonnaise, ketchup and other sauces should be avoided. When making a topping or dip, try to use yoghurt instead of sour cream.

In your nutrition plan, there should be at least five different kinds of vegetables and fruits. High consumption of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables will help in burning fats.

Lastly, drink coffee or water instead of soft drinks. Coffee has no fat content. But then again, it is still better to drink lots of water.
